The Zoning Code for the City of Southside goes into effect on Thursday July 18th. There will be a phasing in or transition period for any projects that are currently in process. These projects will be grandfathered in.
This period will end on December 31, 2025.
Any new projects on or after July 18th, will need to get a use permit. There is no charge for this permit. You can go online to print out a form and email it or drop off at City Hall.
