The City of Southside will accept sealed bids for a house, which must be removed by the
successful bidder, located at 2470 Batesville Boulevard in Southside. The house will be
sold as is, with the successful bidder being responsible for expenses for moving or demolition
including all costs associated therewith, by July 1, 2025, or later as mutually
agreed. Sealed bids marked in the lower right corner with the words “House Sealed Bid”
must be received in the City of Southside Recorder’s Office at Southside City Hall, 2181
Batesville Boulevard, Southside, Arkansas 72501, by 12:00 noon on April 1, 2025, at
which time the bids will be opened and read aloud. The high bid may be awarded at that
