The City of Southside is accepting sealed bids for two houses until February 2nd, 2026.

The City of Southside will accept sealed bids for Two Houses, which must be
removed by the successful bidder, located at 2470 & 2484 Batesville
Boulevard in Southside. See the link below for more information.


The houses will be sold as is, with the successful bidder being responsible for
expenses for moving or demolition including all costs associated therewith, by May 1, 2026, or later as mutually agreed. Sealed bids marked in the lower right corner with the words “House
Sealed Bid” must be received in the City of Southside Recorder’s Office at
Southside City Hall, 2181Batesville Boulevard, Southside, Arkansas 72501.
by 12:00 noon on February 2, 2026, at which time the bids will be opened and
read aloud. The high bid may be awarded at that time.
