The City of Southside Planning Commission will hold a special meeting on Monday, March 9, at 6:00 PM. The Commission will discuss proposed changes to the R-3 guidelines, as well as possible guidelines for new subdivisions within the City.
The Southside City Council will hold its regular monthly meeting on Tuesday, March 10, at 6:00 PM.
At the beginning of Tuesday’s meeting, there will be a special award presentation. Representative Shad Pearce will receive the Distinguished Legislator Award, presented by Jack Critcher of the Arkansas Municipal League.
The agenda will also include regular monthly reports, a resolution to amend the 2026 budget, and discussion of any recommendations from the Planning Commission.
Both meetings are open to the public.
